Walk this trail and experience the variety of terrain in Arizona. The nature is great, so many wonderful things...but the history of mining on Passage 4 or the Japanese detainment camp of passage 10 or Mica mountain where a past governor forced them to drag...More

I thru hiked this trail in 2012, but returned to do a day hike from Molino Basin. Many wildlfowers were blooming. I was surprised at how good this one species of yucca smelled--like lemon and flowers. Had to carry two liters of water.
