This is a great place to visit more than once. Not only can you walk the trails and see interesting plants, but you can also have high tea, purchase unique plants, view and purchase art, have a nice meal and shop in the gift shop. My favorite time to visit is when the night-blooming cereus is blooming and lit up.... More

Tohono Chul Park is a botanical park that beautifully showcases the flora and fauna of the Sonoran Desert. The gift shops have lovely items that are different and not "touristy" And the garden bistro has great food too! What more can you ask for?

Tohono Chul Park is one of my favorite places in Tucson! It has something for everyone: a charming restaurant with delicious and some unusual food, ongoing art and natural history exhibits, special events such as the midnight cereus viewings, a fabulous gift shop, and acres and acres of native plants from different areas of Arizona. Walking the trails in spring/autumn/fall... More

High tea at Tohono Chul is a pleasure. The service was adequate (some say it's slow), and the tea was good.

One of the sweetest and most peaceful places in Tucson to visit. Walk the small trails and definitely visit the colorful gift shops. The Tea Room is great for lunch or a snack and the outdoor patio is great for bird watching.

If you catch this park during the peak flower season, you will be in for a real treat. You'll discover there are more flowers and cati in the desert than you ever imagined. For a unique and very good lunch, stop to eat at their restaurant at the end of your hike.

This is a beautiful park with Native plant options. As you stroll through the path you are likely to see hummingbirds, butterflies and more. Please visit the tea room and gift shop. I always find new menu items and wonderful gift items.

Tohono Chul is like no other park. It's part Botanical Garden, part Museum, part Park. With a wonderful tearoom to enjoy lunch before or after your stroll through the desert flora. It's truly a one-of-a-kind treasure that only Tucson could offer.

This place sparkles during the Christmas lights. Found near the corner of Ina and Oracle the park is interesting and shows most of the desert flora. Christmas time I think is the best time to visit with live music throughout the park in the evening.

We took the early morning birding tour and were warned we may not see many birds in the summer heat. Fortunately, we saw a lot of birds we have never seen before (we are from Ohio). Our leaders (Jack and Susan) were knowledgable and shared a lot of information that we may not have gotten on a crowded day. We... More
