Everyone comes down to the Providence RIver for Waterfire nights, but it is also a great place to take a walk anytime.

In the nicer weather a walk along the Providence River is a great activity. It has been renovated and there are many restaurants and a large mall adjacent, There are a number of great events during the summer including the Waterfire. A go to event.

this is avery pretty city. You will love it if ytou love a gigantic mall right downtown. Its sad that everything is a franchise.

I enjoyed walks along the Providence River! The river is accessible across from the mall and includes a walkable path.
