This is a nice place to walk. It is nice to see and hear the running water. There are shops and places to eat along the walkway. An area near the Dairy Queen has picnic tables and a parking area.

Best when there are fewer tourists, but nonetheless, the running river and the sound of the breeze in the aspens is always something I look forward to on a visit to Estes Park.

What a nice addition to Estes Park. It was cool when the afternoon was hot. People were really enjoying it all day. Was nice to get away from the street traffic.

After having Pizza at Antonio's and then the medium cone at DQ.....we HAD to walk it off. Should have done the walk about 35 times.......but 2 ambles were all that we could muster. Very pleasant. TRY IT.

Winter or summer, always relaxing. Tons of shops, restaurants and great for kids, adults, families and perfect for getting away from Denver at a moment's notice.

I believe you are allowed to walk them through the area and then continue on the path forward in the less congested area, but that may have changed.
