Amazing sunset not many people around wonderful views of the clouds rolling over the hills. And in the morning we had a double rainbow!

Stretches for several miles and we were able to pull over several times and enjoy the sea air and beach. Wonderful stretch to "beachcomber" for little treasures.

We spent fifteen minutes to collect a lot of beautiful agates (they are among the large rocks away from the shore) and then walked along the beach. It is a beautiful beach with many off shore rocks. There are stairs and benches for easy access...More

At the south end of Crescent City stretches out the wide, sandy Crescent Beach over several miles. The beach is immediately accessible off of Highway 101, where most people stop. If you continue south down Enderts Beach Road, you find more isolated pullouts with few...More

This beach is nice and flat, with gentle waves coming in. It's great to walk end to end, and you can find beautiful shells and sand dollars. In recent years, it has become a bit dirty with trash and now horse poop.

Visited to see the Pacific and let daughter splash in the waves. Some shells and sand dollars. Lots of dead crabs, dead gulls, horse poop and even a dead Harbor Seal on the beach. Great for those evil scientist types!

Not at this particular stretch of beach, but if you go just a mile or two north ots of tide pools can be found. Check out Cape St. George, just a little bit farther up 101 (maybe 1-2 miles)
