Beautiful waterfall amid the Pipestone formations. The stream moves fast and it is a nice walk along side it.

These falls are encountered along the Circle Trail at Pipestone National Monument. If it's a hot day, you can get some relief on the footbridge at the base of the falls. The breeze will carry the spray your way.

The waterfall is beautiful and peaceful. The museum was informative and they had some local people demonstrating how to make peace pipes.

The falls is very nice. Not as impressive as some of the great National Park waterfalls, but this one has a relaxing sound.

Walk up and around to see the explorers signatures carved in wood. This is a path past the rock formations and up steps.

Connected to a little creek within the Pipestone National Monument park. It's a peaceful place to be on a nice summer day. There is a paved path that takes you directly to it after walking through/by the beautiful Sioux quartzite rock alignments and prairies. Keep...More
