Albuquerque's zoo is larger than Phoenix's and has plenty to offer. It's a part of a larger biopark that includes an acquarium, gardens and farm experience for kids.

It was a great walk through. Some of the exhibits were closed. The animals looked sad and not a lot of activity.

About a third of the zoo is still closed but is slated to open late summer 2017 if I remember correctly. No part of the aquarium or botanical garden were closed when we visited.
