The Lexington Aircraft carrier is really a must see for the younger generation. It provides a sense of who we are as a nation and what we have gone through. The 3-D movie is remarkably well done. It not only tells the story of WW2...More

If doing a tour of the history of Texas, this is a must stop.It is best to get in early if you don't like big crowds, especially with the tight quarters at the bottom of the ship.

Allow yourself a couple of hours for this tour, YOUR CHILDREN WILL LOVE THIS WALK OF HISTORY! There are alot of steps on the ship to get to the different levels so be prepared to get your work out on.

We visited during spring break and it was so much fun to see this piece of history and experience all the ship has to offer. The IMAX is a must and make sure you give yourself enough time to tour the ship!

Though the price may be high it was well worth being on a piece of history. We were able to enjoy the 3D movie (@45min long) before touring the aircraft carrier. The movie is included in the admission price.

Great place to take kids as well as multi generational, or trip down memory lane for memory. I've been visiting the Lady Lex since she was in Pensacola and still love it.

Does the ship run cool or warm for sleeping? I know this varies from person to person but I would like a general idea. Thank you!

It is a floating museum, it's not a cruise ship or a ship you stay on. It's a WWII battleship. Very interesting, a great day out.
