Yes there are wheelchairs I believe they were free to use and there are elevators, which worked when we were there but always double check anywhere you go. There are several places you can not access due to steps and climbing but while double checking in the elevator find out what exactly isn’t accessible and what is. I’m sure you can access a lot if the decks which have exhibits so it depends on exactly what you are interested in seeing. One warning is it’s a pretty steep grade to get onto the ship no steps but you have to get up to that to get to a wheelchair but there’s a parking lot in front you can drive they and see exactly how hard it would be to get up before paying. We actually used the free handicap parking right there and there is beach access right there also so if you can’t do the boat I recommend using the beach while the rest of your party takes the tour, it was a beautiful day while we were there and I also loved the beach and finding lots of great shells. Maybe take a chair if unable to sit on the sand.
