Clean beaches with an abundance of wildflowers and birds, a really nice nature trail, pretty camping areas for rv or tent, plus a beautiful stretch of gulf shoreline to look at.

The Texas coast doesn't have beautiful blue water, or palm trees or much in the way of shells and colorful wildlife. It is beautiful though. No where more so than the Padre Island National Seashore

I was surprised at how clean the water was here compared to my last visit to the coast, but still shocked that visitors would leave beer bottle and trash on the beach.

Camping out here was absolutely amazing! The views of the stars was breathtaking and I definitely did not want to leave. I fell asleep to the sound of waves and I woke up to a peaceful sunrise.

Very beautiful beach! It is relaxing, calm and clean. Also has bathrooms and showers nearby and are also very clean. Recommend for all, including families with small children! Get there early to get a covered bench
