Staff was nice, space interesting but it seemed very sparse, like a museum that was being starved by low funding. A cool gift shop that showcased local artists/craftspeople would help (hint: get inspiration from the Oakland Museum). Hopefully this museum will grow into a cultural showcase. What a great and inspiring addition to downtown. Our city needs to showcase these artist more and I truly hope it gets the support that it needs and deserves to breath more life into our downtown area.

The Salt Lake Art Center has breathed new life in to the city. It's vibrant, innovative, and one of the best places to spend an afternoon.
