We love going off the main road to see hidden gems. This is one. It gives you the local history from the time of it being chosen as a penal settlement till now. Worth the visit

When driving North you will pass Fort Teremba, this is a great stop for an hour on your journey. A standing history lesson and very friendly staff. Very cheap to go in.
