Rosalie is lovely, and there are informed guides to show you around. It is open all year round, and has a lovely giftshop.

You can't miss Rosalie Mansion if you want to see it all. What an incredible life this cotton plantation owners experienced; yu can experience it too at the Rosalie Mansion. One of my favorites in Natchez.

Almost all the furnishings in this beautiful mansion are original, which makes it extremely interesting. It is right on the river, and is simply extraordinary. It is a MUST SEE if you are visiting Natchez, MS.

The drive from New Orleans might be about 2 hours and to Vicksburg is another 1 1/2-2 hours. Cotton will have been picked by then, sad to say. But you can buy cotton bowls easily.

No! There is a charge for admission and I think it is $13-$15 dollars per person. The money is used to help with the upkeep of the home. Well worth the price!
