We went to see the Southern Soul Assembly on March 1,2017. The atmosphere of the Variety Playhouse was perfect and the drinks were reasonable. Absolutely the BEST acoustics we've ever heard! We will be returning! Superb experience!

I just recently saw Howard jones here and let me tell you. I was so surprised at the quality of sound in this place. It's not a huge venue. And the beer prices were not outrageous. Can't wait to see another concert here !

This venue was amazing! It is than I imagined, but it has plenty of seating downstairs and standing room both upstairs and downstairs. They have a great bar selection and the plenty of bathrooms.

I don't see it being a problem if it was a all ages show . Like others have stated they do serve alcohol but it also is a non smoking building if that helps.

Hey! Thinking of checking out Mark Farner. Wife & I are 64 & 67. Reviews favor balcony, can you see well from there? She prefers to sit, so if we're on floor how many rows up should we shoot for so she can see over the standers' up front? Ay other tips appreciated, parking, how early etc. Thanks!Reviews

My last concert there was for Snarky Puppy and everyone stood up...even in the seating area. Parking can be an issue so we got Uber to drop us off
