This is an incredible campus and though I think safety is better than GT, it is an absolutely georgeous campus and the housing around it very nice. So close to the VA just plenty to do visiting.

Wonderful school, excellent professors and researchers, lovely campus. Can't recommend it enough. Multicultural, committed students and faculty, and outstanding opportunities for students off campus and internationally.

I did not attend any classes at Emory but I had escorted a friend to an adaptive recreation activity. Emory has the advantage of a great location in Atlanta and beautiful landscaping with nice sidewalks and small, slow streets. It's a pleasant area to drive...More

Of course I'm partial since a family member attends, but a beautiful campus in a very nice area of Atlanta. Worth visiting for a walking tour of the campus, and then eating in nearby Emory Point or Virginia Highlands or Decatur or Little Five Points,...More

The College campus, the hospitals (Eggleston and Emory) are wonderful medical facilities and the staff and grounds are tops. They are near by hotels and restaurants.

I've been to countless campuses and Emory is one where you leave not feeling inspired about the place. First, its hard to figure out where the "front" is. Second, when you get to the main quad, it doesn't have the intellectual gravity or drama that...More

We were in Atlanta from Iowa with our 2 boys ages 15 and 12, we pre-scheduled a college visit for our high schooler. The talking portion of the visit is 1.25 hours and the walking tour guided by a student is about 1 1/2 hours....More

There are many options varying from Marriot Courtyard to Holiday Inn closeby and Hilton brands including double tree if you opt for a few more miles. I would suggest using trip advisor to find the right one for you..
