Love the venue, been here for several shows. The worse thing are the actions of some patrons. You know the ones videoing, talking on the phone, coming late, and acting entitled. Highly recommend the venue, but we are remiss to attend more shows because they don'[t deal with phone and tablet usage during the show. Why not just come and act like it's not all about YOU? We all paid for tickets and don't appreciate the distractions.

This is a lovely venue - modern and attractive both outside and in the lobby, good acoustics, decent bars/food options (though not enough of them to accommodate the number of people at events), clean/attractive restrooms, etc. The HUGE problem with the venue is the seating. The seats are painfully small with minimal legroom. But even worse is that there are, at least on the mezzanine level, few aisles. So, depending on exactly where your seat is located, you might have to crawl over 20-30 people, in either direction (again, minimal legroom), to get to an aisle. Not only is this terribly awkward and uncomfortable, it seems like a legit safety concern in an emergency. I know so many people who feel the same way, and have since the centre opened some 10 years ago, yet no changes have been made to improve the seating configuration. I've literally passed on going to shows here because I was unable to get acceptable seats (anywhere near an aisle) during the purchase process; it's that bad.

Awesome and exhilarating show. Cutting edge technology. Beautiful music and performance was truly amazing. It truly is a bucket list performance. The venue was great. Parking in and out was fantastic--I prepaid.

I’ve only been to the Energy center once and it was a great experience. There are no bad seats in the house. All the ushers were very nice. I will definitely attend another event.

There are no bad seats in the theater. Acoustics are excellent. Ushers at every corner are very helpful, they add greatly to pleasant experience. I've seen a wide variety of shows there and can't wait to go back.

Went to see Celtic Woman last Sunday, show was great but facility disappointing. I had a ticket in the balcony. When you do that, you expect to be further away. You do not expect to be denied part of the experience. They were showing pictures of Ireland behind the performers which people in the balcony could not see. It was wrong to sell those tickets without telling people that part of the presentation would be obstructed. Just keep in mind that something like that could happen, unless they decide to do the right thing and let people know in the future.

My husband took me to see Shen Yun at Cobb Energy Center. The seating is excellent. The staff are friendly. The acoustics are amazing. I don't think there's a bad seat in the house.

Easy to get to, with parking ($10.00) right next door, so you can walk there in mere minutes. Comfortable seating, good views of stage from all locations. Acoustics are good. Multitude of restaurants within ten minutes if you want to eat beforehand. Easy out. As well.

Really enjoyed my first visit to this venue. I walked over from the Embassy Suites where I was staying so I can’t comment on the parking (special thanks to the Cobb Co. sheriff’s department who was directing traffic. They would stop the considerable traffic flow long enough so us pedestrians could cross). The venue itself is really nice. Staff was courteous and professional. Another reviewer commented that there are no bad seats in the house and I would have to agree. Hope to attend another show there in the near future.

The has been our go-to place for some time now. We typically see concerts there. Acoustics are great. Easy to get in and out of. Well staffed with friendly people to get you to your seats quickly. One of the things we have noticed is that great seats come available late in the booking cycle.

Is it cheaper to buy tickets at the venue before hand than Ticketmaster?

Better seat for concert, center orchestra row AA or center mezzanine row D?
Written 30 July 2023
Are the seats in Centre numbered? As in by ticket? I know this may seem dumb but I have to ask.

What is the security? Metal detectors, purse searches? Gun free zone?
Written 14 September 2019
Yes, all of the above. Felt they had security well under control.

Is Frankie Valli coming anytime soon?
Are the Radio City Rockettes coming this year?
Written 11 March 2018
No big screens. We sat on the mezzanine.Could see the stage fine. Would have liked to have been a little closer but hearing was most important for the event we attended. Enjoyed visiting this venue.

People dress in everything from a nice dress to nice casual. I usually wear a nice top and slacks.
