- Rick DJupiter, Florida584 contributionsWOWUnbelievable building. The enormity of it is incredible. The amenities including bathrooms, concessions, sight lines accessibility from mass transit are all superb. Add the fact that the Falcons won on a fg as time expired and you have the makings of a great day. Everything was clean and well marked, really an enjoyable visit. Much better than the old Dome, not quite on Vegas or JerryWorlds level but not far behind either.Visited October 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 8 October 2023
- ANDY KMirfield, United Kingdom2,223 contributionsA fantastic stadiumThis is simply an amazing stadium. If you get a chance to attend a game here please do it as the views are amazing and even though it was a soccer game the atmosphere was very good. We went to see Atlanta United versus Colorado Rapids which was a very good game. We sat in 123- Row 25 and the seats were excellent. You do not have to eat before you go as the food selection is amazing and reasonably priced for an event stadium We enjoyed Fresh Mex Chicken Taco's and then the local Brusters Real Ic-cream and the chocolate and butter pecan were both excellent. I also enjoyed a very good Wild Leap IPA from the Atlanta Grill. However three things to note to make sure you have a great experience: 1. With large bags you may need to put them in lockers before you go in and this is the same for most handbags. 2. You will need ID for Proof of Age for alcohol. 3. Finally and most importantly you cannot buy tickets on the day so you need to buy in advance.Visited May 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 2 November 2023
- Fred S1 contributionMr. Melvin Rush = Great Customer ServiceMr. Melvin Rush is a phenomenal facilities manager. I mistakenly dropped my phone in one of the room in the stadium after visiting with my son who plays on the Vikings team. Mr. Rush said “no problem” and escorted me to the area and was doing all he could to assist me. His customer service focus was spot on because could’ve easily said sorry sir the facility is now closed. However, Melvin wanted my experience at the stadium to be a great one and I appreciate that mindset of customer service first! Great job Mr. Rush and I’ll be back!Visited November 2023Travelled with familyWritten 5 November 2023
- Betsy CLexington, South Carolina132 contributionsExcellent Stadium ExperienceI attended the Eras Tour-Taylor Swift concert and was a little apprehensive about safety, etc. The security and stadium staff were out in force and I felt very taken care of - literally everyone we came in contact with that works in the stadium was so helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were remarkably well-maintained, there were plenty of clearly marked exits and it was very clean considering the sheer volume of people in and out of the stadium area. 10/10 experienceVisited April 2023Travelled with familyWritten 6 November 2023
- sdgibsonlp62Sioux Falls, South Dakota832 contributionsGreat time.First time to the stadium. Went for Falcons football game. Easy access to the stadium. Wonderful sight lines from our seats. Vending was easy and pricing was better than any other stadium I have been to. Didn't feel overly crowded in the concourse area. Restroom was also easy access. One of my tops stadiums.Visited November 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 20 January 2024
- lilbjtbh2,123 contributionsFun stadium tour tbhI like to travel to a lot of stadiums tbh I havnt been to a game at this one yet but I did do a stadium tour and had a fun time. The tour guides were fun and chill to talk to. Stadium is new so it is nice. Not much stadium history but it was cool to see all the events they host. Definitely is a nice stadium though and cheap stadium prices and the falcon in front of the stadium is huge.Visited April 2024Travelled with familyWritten 17 April 2024
- Kimbosold1Chelsea, Alabama320 contributionsFun Times with The Rolling Stones!Great venue for The Rolling Stones. Lots of hotels close by with an easy walk. No problem getting in, no 5th degree search, everybody polite and helpful. Literally hundreds of did places and bars to choose from, loved my Williamson Brothers BBQ! Pretty cool when the roof opened! Fun times with the Stones!Visited June 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 9 June 2024
- L TranNew York City, New York660 contributionsAmazing facilityWe went there to watch the Copa America game and were stunned by the venue. This stadium puts MetLife Stadium to shame (yes, MetLife is my home venue). I like the retractable roof, which was closed for the game. Despite the hot, muggy weather outside, the air conditioned facility made us so comfortable. Seeing that the Germany-Denmark game in the EURO had to stop due to inclement weather today, I appreciate the dome even more.Visited June 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 29 June 2024
- DianaL6232012Columbus, Ohio90 contributionsFamily GetawayWe attended the Atlanta United vs Columbus Crew game in July. The only thing that we were really disappointed about was the amount of before game activities there were. We come from a stadium that has a lot of games, music, food trucks, etc before the gates open. We were however, pleasantly surprised at the food prices! They were the most affordable by far for any stadium we have ever visited!Visited July 2024Travelled with familyWritten 28 July 2024

Just an FYI the stadium is not Smoker Friendly. Not only do they not have a smoker's section inside the stadium which is understandable these days but they don't even have one outside where you can go outside the gate and smoking a certain section with others. You have to leave the whole property go out to the parking lots but once you leave they do not let you back in. This is the least Smoker Friendly Stadium in the NFL. This is based on the 2019 fall season.

I bought tickets for myself and my autistic daughter to see Metallica perform. This stadium is NOT disability friendly AT ALL. What's more is that because this was our first time there we were assisted to my seats by stadium employees. Just as Metallica was about to perform another employee came at the request of some drunk men to move us to the seats behind us as they claimed we were in their seats. I was treated like I had not purchased my two tickets and after producing said tickets I was still asked asked to move to the seats behind me. I told this employee that I was actually seated by a stadium employee but he was unreceptive. A very large man was taking up both my seats and was also asked to move one seat over.I still could not sit in my seat because this very large man took up his seat and mine too so I had to stand to see the concert. The trip to Mercedes Benz Stadium was a nightmare. I would also like to mention that this place has a no smoking no vaping policy that IS NOT ENFORCED. I almost choked to death trying to breath.

Mercedes Benz stadium is not suitable for any concert. The acoustics are awful with a lot of echo. The Rolling Stones concert was a disappointment. The band did their part but the venue destroyed their efforts. Greedy organizers sold seats that had absolutely no view of the stage. No where in the stadium was the sound quality any good.. Will not attend any concert held there again.

Thanks to Arthur Blank's (Home Depot Co-founder; see my review on ATL Aquarium) contribution to the cost of this magnificant stadium, ATL got a new stadium and did i mention he owns the ATL Falcons and United FC. Attended a Cowboy game in new Dallas stadium and later a NCAA game in ATL stadium. Preferred the ATL stadium. Did not like Dallas' scoreboard nor the accoustics. ATL stadium can be reached by nearby Metro subway stations and also is close to downtown so if you enjoy exercise or UBER/LYFT can get to Olympic Park, College Football Hall of Fame, Coca-Cola Museum, Aquarium, Children's Museum and lots of other stuff. The King (MLK) Center and President Jimmy Carter Museum are short car rides. Can also get to the MB stadium on Metro from the Hartsfield-Jackson International airport.

We had a tour of the stadium booked the day that the torrential downpour caused the building to leak and be evacuated. Even with that in mind, 5*s!
The day started OK – Stephen and Anthony greeted us and introduced themselves. They had great personal interaction and were clearly very knowledgeable about the stadium. There were only 3 of us total in the tour group as some people didn’t make it, but that didn’t stop them from giving it their all. The tour was very interesting and I enjoyed seeing and hearing about the behind the scenes of the stadium.
Sadly for us (and for our guides) our tour had to be cut short by about 10 minutes due to the extreme weather conditions outside and rain getting into the building! It felt ironic as they’d been telling us how the building can withstand 190mph winds. We were told we could hang around the lobby area until the storm subsided, but we decided we’d head out to our next venture. Worried about us, they found some plastic bags /sheets to keep us dry from the storm. Thank you Anthony and Stephen for a truly one of a kind tour experience.

Thank goodness my one (and only for the rest of my life) trip to the Mercedes Benz stadium for a concert was to watch the Stones for the first time. Mick Jagger et al were UNBELIEVABLE!
But the acoustics were the worst ever!!! I could not understand Mick when he talked to the audience. And for the few songs I did not recognize, I had no idea what the lyrics were.
On top of that, the ridiculous “clear purse” and other crowd ingress and egress issues were so, so bad.
I live in Atlanta and will never, ever return to that metallic monstrosity! I also will never, ever again trust Ticketmaster to inform customers of truly stupid “clear purse” rules!

Went to a convention at this stadium and Georgia conference center. You are not allowed to bring in outside food or beverages. I eat a healthy food diet, low carb. and I mostly drink water. There were no real healthy eating choices. They had salads, but not low carb dressing. I really only drink water, and Dasani was the only available water, and they add extra stuff to it and I don't like the taste. So I ended up drinking pop and eating crappy food that messed up my stomach and made me ill. Need to adjust for people who like to eat healthy. Its one thing if your going to a sporting event, and another when you are there from 8 am to 10 pm and don't have time to go anywhere on short breaks to get something healthy

We enjoyed Fresh Mex Chicken Taco's and then the local Brusters Real Ic-cream and the chocolate and butter pecan were both excellent.
I also enjoyed a very good Wild Leap IPA from the Atlanta Grill.
However three things to note to make sure you have a great experience:
1. With large bags you may need to put them in lockers before you go in and this is the same for most handbags.
2. You will need ID for Proof of Age for alcohol.
3. Finally and most importantly you cannot buy tickets on the day so you need to buy in advance.

I wish I had known to read reviews of a concert venue before shelling out a lot of money for tickets. I've been to other venues in Atlanta for excellent concerts. So disappointed with this place - went to the Coldplay concert 6/11/22. Sound is so bad - could not hear/understand the words and the music itself was distorted. I wondered why so many people around us were ok with it. We left halfway through, and then sold my tickets I had already purchased for an upcoming concert. No matter who is playing at the Mercedes Benz Stadium, it's not worth it. It can make even excellent groups sound terrible.

The arena was nice, BUT, went to a George Strait & Eric Church concert there. The arena was not what was laid out when I ordered tickets. I have Been to many many George Strait concerts. In most he sets up in middle of arena and goes to each side of stage to perform, thereby allowing each side better views. Not the case here. Stage at end of arena, therefore unless your in front of stage, you can’t see anything. You can’t drive there either. Parking is minimal and it costs. Used the transit to and from concert.

Do both football teams run through the Delta club at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium? Or just the Falcons

OMG!!! Are there any Chicago Bears fans out there in Atlanta?!?! My husband and I are going to the game this Sunday (Falcons v. Bears; 11-20-2022). Seriously, this is on my bucket list! Haven’t seen the Bears play live since Soldier Field when I was in my 20’s (in my late 50’s now). I bought Club Seats (Row 130C on visitor’s side, of course). According to the Weather Channel, it’s going to be frigid outside. Bears will love it, but I’m not sure we will. I called the box office, and they said the stadium roof will be closed, but they did not have any info as to what the temps would be inside. Should I still wear “thick” clothes like I would in Chicago, or should I tone it down a bit? Also, has anyone been to the Delta Sky 360 Club? Apparently, we get to go there due to the seats we bought, but I have no idea what that really is (or where it’s at). It’s coming up fast, so any quick answers would be truly appreciated. Thank you! Signed, Old Northside Chicago Lady

Every time I've been to the stadium, I wear a t shirt for the game and then layer for getting to the stadium (jacket, sweater, etc...) They regulate the temperature really well. You will love the club,, private bathrooms, your own bar, limited food, but no real lines, have fun, should be a good game

What are the best seats for a concert? Suites? Loge Box? I assume the stage will be at the East end in front of Sec 101.
