    Always fun to visit Coca-Cola
Always fun to visit Coca-Cola. Their new exhibit, Scent Discovery, was very fun to try and guess all the different scents. We didn’t get a chance to see the Polar Bear as we got to the museum late. The Tasting Room was our favorite portion of the museum. Always fun to try the different types of Coke products from around the world.
Thanks for letting know how much you enjoyed our newest Scent Discovery exhibit. The Taste It! exhibit is always a big hit! We're sorry to learn that you didn't get a chance to visit with the Coca-Cola Polar Bear on this visit, but you're welcome back anytime :)

    Good, not great.
It is a really neat place to go, however I felt rushed the entire time. In the museum areas we couldn’t take the time to look because we felt rushed not only by other guests but some of the staff as well. There were some great staff members also, so overall it was a good experience…just not great.
Hi there! Thank you for visiting us. We're glad you took the time to let us know about your experience. Your feedback is very important to us and we appreciate comments like this from our guests. Please know we have shared your comments with our team. Thanks again.

Share a Coke share a smile
We loved it! Clearly the tasting room was the highlight, but we really enjoyed all facets of it. We used the CityPass ATL, which is a big money saver, as we would have toured Coke anyway… highly recommend. Can do in one-one half hours.
Thanks for sharing about your visit! We are glad you enjoyed it. We hope to see you again!

    A must see in Atlanta
Although I didn't give it an Excellent rating, I still would say this is a must see while in Atlanta. The admission price was reasonable. We waited in line for a while for most of the things here. There seemed to be numerous very large children groups present while we were there. It didn't get an Excellent rating from me because although the guy getting you hyped up at the beginning was very informative and entertaining, it seemed like an unnecessary part of the museum. Another unnecessary part of the museum was the video that followed. It was a nice enough video, but that's not what I wanted when I paid for my ticket. After that, it's a little more free reign of you getting to pick what you want to see. We went with the vault first which was a neat experience. I don't know if I believe that's where the actual recipe, but it was a neat experience getting to the vault. There are a couple of other rooms with lots of old and neat Coke items. It was pretty crazy to learn about how much Coke was bought and sold for. Upstairs is the tasting room which was very crowded but a neat experience. The sour plum is absolutely horrid in all of our opinions but it was still neat to try. I don't know a number exactly but I would say there's about 100 different Coke products from around the world you can try. They boasted more (300 I think was about what they were saying) but it seemed like they got that number from the big Coke dispensing machines where you can add flavors to Coke products like you can find in some restaurants. That doesn't really count in my opinion. They have a very large and nice gift shop that you have to go through to exit. All in all, a good experience.
The history of Coca-Cola is rather interesting, and we are glad that you enjoyed the Taste It! exhibit. Feel free to visit with us again.

    Been there, done that
Thought it was a tourist trap, but being tourists, we don't regret going. We just most likely wouldn't go back. The coolest part, by far, was the tasting room, even though it was crowded with pushy children (to be expected). The other exhibits were just “meh”. Would recommend going if you're a fan of Coke and first-time visitor to Atlanta.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to learn that you didn't fully enjoy your experience, but we are delighted to know that you enjoyed the Taste It! exhibit. Thank you!

    Save your money and time
Way too much money for what you get. A movie and memorabilia items at the beginning, the vault which is really cheesy, and a few other kiosks and displays. Incredibly underwhelming. Enjoyed the tasting room but not enough for the ticket price.
We are sorry that you didn't have the best experience. We will share your feedback with the appropriate management team.

    Tasteful Tour
We paid for the Guided Tour and it was well worth it. If we had not taken the tour, we would not have learned as much about the World of Coke as if we had just paid for General Admission. Our guide was very informative and friendly. The most interesting part of the tour was finding out all the brands that are under the Coke enterprise.
Thank you so much for sharing your World of Coca-Cola experience! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your guided tour and that your tour guide made your visit even more enjoyable. At World of Coca-Cola, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, and your feedback is truly appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

Wow, could I go for a Pepsi right now...
I was ready to walk out after watching the 6-minute propaganda commercial which is basically every bad commercial with inane actors but you can't switch it off. After exiting (fleeing), the first floor basically is a waste. However, the second floor with the tasting and scent is fun. The gift shop is not too expensive either. Hershey does it much better but, because of the 2nd floor, Coke gets a "3" and not a "0". It is skippable.

Too busy but enjoyed the tasting experience
It’s one big commercial congratulating themselves, which is ok and to be expected. The exhibitions were informative but way too many people are let in at one time. We skipped vault and smell exhibition as lines were ridiculous. We enjoyed the tasting of the different Coke products from around the world
Thanks so much for your feedback, and we're so sorry for the long lines that you experienced. We're delighted to know that you were able to enjoy the Taste It! exhibit, and we'll be sure to pass all of your comments along to the team.

The highlight of this entire tour is the tasting room. $43.56 for two adults.
Located at the end of Centennial Park. Went the first time several years ago. Hubby figured he would try some sodas from around the world. Orange Fanta from the US, the original Coke and Sprite are still the better ones. The Beverly was the worst one in the tasting room. Some interesting flavors for sure. The Vault was immensely disappointing.
We're glad that you enjoyed the Taste It! exhibit and thank you for your feedback regarding the vault experience. We're sorry that you didn't fully enjoy your visit, but we appreciate your comments and will be sure that they're shared with the team.

What a fun place! Lots of history about Coke, you can make your own flavor, and there are many different flavors from all over the world that you can taste. The gift shop is super fun and pretty reasonably priced . If you buy over a certain amount (I think it was $75) they’ll ship it for free !!

Get there early because it gets overcrowded, and it becomes a challenge to go through any of the areas inside. The scent room was fun, and the tasting room was interesting. The movie and the lab were not interesting at all. The tasting room was fun but was so crowded that it was a challenge to get to any of the soda fountains and your shoes will stick to the floor from the spilled soda. It was overpriced and not worth the time or money in our opinion.

Waste of time and money! The web site does not tell you all the details that you need to know:
- they do not have dedicated parking. You have to use Hilton or Hyatt’s parking. Apparently early in the day it is $20 and sometime after noon it is $30
-tickets could only be purchased on line. If you had not done that, which the web site doesn’t make clear that it must be done, then you scan a QR code to purchase them. Even that site was not easy to negotiate.
- they do not allow for or encourage social distancing. They want everyone to crowd together. Didn’t appreciate that.
- signage was not clear on how to negotiate the building. It is not clear hat the only exit our is at the back of the Tasting Room.
- the Tasting Room does not have any Coke that is made for other countries.. it has all non cola flavors. There is not an organized way to do it besides push and shove your way to each station along sticky flops
-restrooms are not easy to find or some are not easy to get to due to lines for an attraction.

So if you thought you would be tasting the Coca Cola that is made in and for other countries you will not be able to.

I have just left this massive advertisement/money spinner for Coca - Cola and my advice is “don’t waste your money”
1. car park is flat daily fee of 20$ - Waze stated half day fee of 10$ which was bad enough in itself (but now they have decided that was not enough profit) but as only going in at 3.30pm this was extortion at its greatest!! $10 an hour on top of already overpriced tickets!
2. The air conditioning was not working properly but we were not told until stood waiting for 10 minutes + in ‘the loft’ and then only as an aside! This fact should have been made clear prior to entry and the option to refund tickets! The situation made far worse by continuing to squeeze people in!
3. The experiences based on taste and smell were unhygienic and frankly a recipe for infection- no covid lessons had clearly been learnt?
4. The toilets were dirty and bins etc overflowing. No hand towel (empty) or dryers.
5. The ‘experiences’ were uninspiring either loads of advertising/free samples or a photo with the polar bear who only appeared occasionally!
6. The staff were unhelpful and in the case of the polar bear assistant frankly rude. Most I saw were stood around chatting in groups or tasting the samples!

The issue of the oppressive conditions due to problems with the air conditioning was unacceptable and as a result made us feel quite poorly but even without this $80 for three people was not money well spent.

The experience is basically one giant commercial, so you feel like you've been sold a bit by the end of the experience, but they at least make it fun in the process, so kudos to Coke for pulling it off. Understandably, since this is a family place, they gloss over the less savory parts of the history of the product, so if you care about the true history of Coke, do yourself a favor and Google it. Tasting room is amazing, so be sure to save plenty of time for that.

Lines were long and on-line ticket options were sold out by 3:00. Eventually got in with 90 minutes to go, which was the way to do it since it would have been packed earlier. Only one ticket taker who could not apply a AAA discount (really?) which was not working on-line. Exhibits were short on content. Artifacts were decent, but the 3D movie was stupid, the “lab” was a bunch of iPads with ideas for new flavors, and charging an extra $5 for a souvenir cup to try Freestyle machine like you can get anywhere was ridiculous. And no bottling demo. Way over-hyped: skip this attraction.

Had no expectations for this but ended up having a great time. I think that the entry fee is worth the experience. It’s not a big museum, it has few exhibits but this is all made up for in the tasting room. At the end of the tour you will have a chance to taste test every single product that Coke currently distributes and has distributed. This is great for soda lovers and kids.

It was crowded. This is not an easy “museum” to navigate when it’s crowded. We were packed in an entry room for a speech with at least 120 other people and then moved into the theater. I have vertigo and struggled through the video but it was cute and well intentioned.

The line for the vault was long so we never made it in there. We waited at the other exhibits to look around but again, it was crowded and we were stepping all over each other. When we finally made it to the tasting room, it was packed and just not fun. My daughter was upset that they had Coke products from other countries but not actual Coca Cola from other countries (she likes Mexican coke with real sugar). We bought her a souvenir cup and made our way back to the American Coca Cola machines in the back and they were all completely out of Coca Cola. They had taps in the middle of the room, but they were running out and watered down.

My teen was completely disappointed and said there is no reason to go back.

Let’s be a tourist in Atlanta over lunch. World of Coca Cola it is. I didn’t know Coca-Cola owned literally everything lol.

The exhibit is a spot that allows you to interact with the brand via a lab, the vault, scent evaluation, history impact and taste testing.

Some fun facts:
1. 1886 pharmacists John Lemberton created and sold Coca Cola at Jacobs Pharmacy. Sold at 5 cents.
2. Asa Candler bought the recipe from Pemberton in 1889 for $2,300 and sold it for $25 million 1919.
3. In 2011, the secret formula was placed at the centre of a permanent exhibit called The Vault. You can visit the Vault today.

So much memorabilia. Unbelievable.

It’s a paid advertisement for coke, and you are the one paying. The tasting room is fun, the rest is pretty boring. The kids were ready to go shortly after we got there. It’s clean and the people are nice, but… definitely won’t be going back. If you are someone that loves everything coke, it’s probably cool, but for everyone else: meh.
