I visited while using a walker and boot and they loaned me a wheelchair. Everything was handicap accessible and the staff was so helpful. Tour was very good and exhibits were very interesting.

I’ve taken two tours lately with the Valentine and recently became a member. They are the best game in town for all things Richmond History. Do yourself a favor and find one and go! Even people fro Here (like me!) can learn a ton!
