The downtown Richmond scavenger made exploring a new city extra fun for our grandson. He is still talking about many of the things we would not have seen without the help of hunt!

So much fun! We enjoyed learning more about the Church Hill area while taking a nice, self-guided walk. We visited all the sites in the app, but it would have been easy to shorten, if so desired. The trivia questions (which were relatively easy to solve) made the two-and-a-half hour walk fun and educational.

The app does not provide any navigation. It was dangerous trying to figure it all out. The only reason I paid for the app was hoping it would provide navigation or at least a route to follow. The info about the murals is interesting but we couldn't take the time to enjoy it given our focus on trying to figure out where we were and where to go.

Hi there! I'm sorry you felt this way. The way our app works: it looks EXACTLY like Google Maps, because it is built on top of Google Maps. You can see where you are at all times. It doesn't provide navigation, because there is no correct order to visit the murals. You can see them all on the map, and using your location (which is visible on the map in real-time), you simply walk to the one you'd like to visit next. I'm sorry you found this confusing!

I went with my friend and niece and we had a wonderful time! We walked for 2 hours and the time flew by because we were so immersed in the fun of playing a game and learning about our own city. Erin greeted us at the beginning of the hunt and she was there when we were done. She was so friendly and enthusiastic! We each won a gift card for a digital tour of three different areas of Richmond and surrounding areas. We are all looking forward to taking these tours in the very near future! A great activity for an evening in Richmond!

This was a pretty good experience. We got rained out so we couldn't complete the entire hunt but we had fun with the 1/3 rd of it we could complete. I enjoyed answering the questions and testing my knowledge.

Loved the Church Hill Scavenger Hunt! Enjoyed setting our own pace and enjoyed looking at the houses between the clues, but learning about Church Hill through the clues was the best part! Can’t wait to try another one of the scavenger hunts!

This was my first time using the app, but it didn't take long to get used to it. I would highly recommend this experience. I was interested in learning the local history and that's exactly what I got. We walked on our own pace. And the weather was perfect!

We did this as a team building event for our therapy practice and we had a blast! It was fun taking a stroll around beautiful Church Hill, and we definitely learned a lot about the area in the process. Brian was easy to work with and took care of everything for us. I would definitely recommend this event for anyone looking to do something fun with their group!

Was not sure what exactly to expect for this scavenger hunt but was pleasantly surprised. We had fun, more fun than we thought it would be. Learned many new facts and info about the city of Richmond. I’ll probably try one of their other scavenger hunts this summer.
