If you want to spend an hour or two visit the zoo. The weather still was a bit too chilly so not all the animals were out but it was a nice way to visit some animals and the price was very reasonable

This is a very small zoo but worth the time spent. It is the kind of place that you can take your time and explore without crowds or lines. I would suggest a couple of hours at least here. Check online for special events.

The zoo has the very basic animals. Young Kids will enjoy it. Teens will be board to death if they have ever been to another zoo. You will normally spend and hour to hour and half here and see everything. It’s very inexpensive $5-$10 so...More

This is a very small zoo that doesn't have very many animals. Many of the signs are missing. You used to be able to feed the goats and they removed the food machine. Many zoos have animal feeding times or animal encounter times posted, but...More

I have been to this zoo many times, it is a smaller zoo. You will not find lions and tigers here. They have very friendly penguins that will come right up to you with a small chain link fence between you, they like attention. They...More

We visited this zoo for the first time last weekend and we all enjoyed it. It's small, but well kept. They had quite a nice variety of animals. (Cougars, penguins, tortoises, monkeys, Bald Eagles, etc.) We took all three of our boys, ranging in age...More

On our travels throughout the country we try to find anything to do with animals wherever we go. We love finding little gems like this. Sure it's not huge, and sure it doesn't have all the frills, but this place has character! We came with...More

As far as I know you can bring things in. There is also a playground and picnic area across the street.

I believe it's around $5 or $10/person and kids are free. You can buy a year-long membership for $35/person or $60/family and that allows you unlimited visits at no additional cost for the duration of your membership.
