Free tour gives great views of the House, Senate and Executive Wing of the Capitol building as well as photo ops of the rotunda.

Free, tours on the hour allows you to visit 4 floors. Beautiful. Lots of plaster work, paintings and histiry

We parked at a parking meter (street) and walked into main entrance. Post security check we took a free guided tour. The docents are very knowledgeable and the building is beautiful.

Sat open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. closed 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch.....if you have the chance to go see it, it worth it....

There is parking around the capital with parking meters. The longest is am hour at a time. I believe...I was there last year and they had some kind of construction going on, and out side they had a temporary walk way. You... More

I'm a stranger here myself, but other than these other informative answers, why not just call the Capitol and ask about making specific arrangements?
