One of the 3-4 beaches of this magnificent small seaside village. Maybe the most known one. At the times when the beach bar is open, you can enjoy various things to drink and eat by the sea. The sea itself is very nice, it gets...More

A pleasant quite beach which is unfortunately spoilt on Thursdays and Fridays by noisy beach parties of youngsters bussed in from Malia. Such a shame. The locals feel that it is disrespectful to them as there is a war memorial nearby.

This is a cracking little beach although entry to the sea is a little precarious as it is very rocky and quite slippery.

An easy walk from Sissi, Boufos Bay is a secluded sandy beach. In October the beach bar had closed, but there were still a smattering of sunbathers enjoying the sands and sea views.

We’ve come most days of our one week holiday. Lovely peaceful spot. Two sunbeds plus umbrella €8 per day. Snack bar good and clean toilets. Reasonable prices. Water is crystal clear but you do need beach shoes as rocky in the water.

Plenty of sun beds reasonably priced. Also has a cafe bar, lovely seating area. The only thing I would say is you definitely need sea shoes, it has very large rocks as you walk in and for quite a distance out, also need to take...More
