Surprised by the parks and collections of plants and trees. The Hermann Hof garden was the best for an easy walk to see most. The Museum was also fascinating and worth an effort to go in.

The old town at Weinhein is a great surprise. The main Square is lined with bars and restaurants, cafes and ice cream emporiums. Family friendly but lively enough for older ones too. The restaurants are all slightly different but each one we visited was good....More

Gorgeous old town only 20 minutes on the train from Mannheim. Has a lovely charming old town filled with gorgeous lively restaurants. perfect place to spend an afternoon wandering.
