Kind of hokey, but the movies were very informative and fun. The employees were great, obviously enjoy sharing things with the tourists. The halls outside the theatre are covered in large photos of the 1964 earthquake and tsunami devastation.

Having moved to Alaska we thought we'd check it out. The northern lights film was incredibly well produced and set up. For the price of a ticket (10 ish) it was worth it. We did not see the '64 quake film but will go back....More

We visited Alaska 17 years ago, but one of my best most vivid memories is of pictures of the 1964 earth quake. The pictures are located in the Alaska Experience museum. They are excellent and not to be missed. Although the museum is free, it's...More

Went to see the Northern Lights film and stayed for the Earthquake one as well. Both were very well done. We very much enjoyed our time here even the little gift shop!
