Booked a massage at the Sheraton Ice spa after a doing the Tony Knowles trail, and it didn't disappoint. My masseuse was really professional and the environment was very relaxing. Booked a relaxing bath afterwards as well, however, the water was way too hot and I couldn't work the temperature and had to get out early! But still, would highly... More

Took the family there for a mani/pedi and a hot stone massage. Everything was done beautifully. The techs were world class. The location was absolutely decadent and the parking was very good. Great place to relax when looking for a massage. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I ended our Alaska trip with a couple of massages before we headed off to the airport. Booked only a day in advance the staff was accommodating to our schedules. Both massages were fantastic - great pressure and great therapists. Overall the spa was extremely clean and equipped with a great steam shower. Would highly recommend if... More

Ice Spa at the Sheraton does a lovely Fire and Ice pedicure. The spa is absolutely Spa pretty. Clearly designed with glaciers in mind. Nice views from the 16th floor in a tranquil oasis. The nail artist was good and genuinely pleasant, like most folks I came across in Anchorage. I can only imagine the massage and facial services are... More

The Ice Spa was a great choice for a relaxing option after all of our strenuous day trips and before our flight home. Booking was swift and easy and the spa was clean and sleek. I got a deep tissue massage and was very satisfied. If I had more time, I would have added the optional mud element. What made... More

I got a men's facial at this spa. It was very nice. Relaxing and included a shoulder and arm and foot massage. Ambience in the spa was good. Quiet and soothing. I can recommend this spa. Great looking steam shower, I wish that I had given myself more time so I could have checked it out.

First thing go in and tell the people at the front desk you have a spa appointment and ask for a parking pass. Take the main elevator to the 15th floor then follow the signs to the other elevator that goes to the spa. My wife and I got 80 minute couples massages, mine was great the wife said the... More

If I could give 0 stars, I would still opt to give a -10 to this spa. The receptionist is wonderful, the service from the nail technician was great however unless you can predict the future - this is not the spa for you. On Saturday 2/7/15 my girlfriend who was visiting from NY and I decided to go have... More

Stayed at the Sheraton Hotel from February 6th to the 8th. I'm glad I found the time to visit the Spa....very cool and elegant ambience. Too bad I could not take a massage (fully booked), however I really enjoyed the steam shower in the men's room. See my pictures and you won't need any comments... Will be back again for... More
