I realise this listing refers to a particular address which houses downtown's parking garage but wanted to leave a note about the actual city center.
I stayed on the Waterfront and spent much time in the city center 14 years ago for one of a friend's wedding.
At the time there were so many homeless folks, drugs being done on the street and tons of crazies talking to themselves, shouting on street corners.
I was bracing myself for this return trip but must say I was pleasantly surprised not to encounter this at all!
What a huge improvement to downtown Seattle!
Kudos to the city for cleaning up its act and for the lovely place filled with caring folks that Seattle has now become.
It truly is getting better with age.
The new and improved city center makes me want to return for another visit!
Keep up the great work!

City Centre -- a mall located Downtown at Fifth Avenue and Pine -- holds shops, restaurants and the U.S. Bank Centre. It is worth coming here to see the massive Dale Chihuly glass installation on the second floor. Go in the entrance that is right at Fifth and Pine and proceed up the escalator. Walk straight ahead, and the installation -- "Puget Sound, Persian Installation" -- is on your right. Much purple, blue and gold are featured in this creation. And for those who opted to forego Chihuly Garden and Glass at Seattle Center because of its $25 admission fee ($2 less on-line), this work is free. A stop here could be combined with another at Third and Union to see two huge chandeliers by Chihuly. They flank Benaroya Hall's long entrance hall. Go in the Third Street entry. Again, admission is free.

For those looking around the Downtown area, City Centre is a nice place for a respite. The second floor holds myriad comfortable chairs and a couple of couches, where visitors can sit and rest awhile. I find the ambiance to be exceedingly pleasant -- a wide, open area with plenty of natural illumination. Various small glass creations, such as vases and sculptures by artists other than Chihuly, are on permanent display here. There are also many small eateries to grab a bite to eat or some food to go. There are only a few shops and I never noted any special ones, just standard chain stores.

The third floor features a cafe and a large restaurant. The building's restrooms are here and require a code to enter, which can be acquired from an employee at one of the shops or restaurants. Though I found the public spaces to be immaculate and well maintained, I cannot say the same for the women's restroom.

Gives a great view of the city on three sides and your pictures can include the needle too. Its $7 cheaper too. Visited on a Sunday, no queue and not at all busy.

Definitely not the most beautiful city center I've seen, but it has some decent architectural designs. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars to choose from.

Seattle city center has many new high rise buildings and there several constructions for such buildings ongoing. Pretty much everything is in the area. What I was missing is green trees, parks and benches to just rest. The are some, but considering the size of the city there could be more.

This is an average mall in downtown Seattle with plenty of shops and boutiques and the normal mall stuff here, but what is somewhat different about it are the comfy seats they have on the upper floor where you can relax for a bit and talk or read.

It makes for a good place to relax for a while when you are in downtown Seattle and need a place with heat or air conditioning but don't really wanna buy anything.

The glass artwork display they have is also pretty cool to look at and definitely a conversation starter.

Independent vendors offer a wide selection of food, and there is ample seating for all. Chain retailers and independents are worth a look, at the very least. Not a massive centre, but clean and right in the retail core.

Downtown stop for the Seattle Centre Monorail.

We always park here when attending events at Benaroya and the 5th Avenue Theatre. So convenient, and great EV stations as well. HOWEVER, since the closure of the Palomino restaurant, the lobby closes earlier (9pm?) than it used to, and retrieval of one's vehicle involves either walking down the steep garage entry ramps or calling security to get you into the lobby. Not sure when the restaurant will reopen and the lobby again becomes available to get to the garage.
