We search the world for the best tasting cacao beans to make your chocolate. Come watch us make bean to bar chocolate in Pike Place Market right from our cafe. Enjoy specialty coffee drinks at our cafe and find new ways to enjoy chocolate, including our mixology sets, teas and spice rubs made with cacao and body care made from cocoa butter. We offer public classes and events and are happy to work with you to make your private event extra special with indi chocolate. indi chocolate is female founded and family run small business.

The sign at the counter said they had the best hot chocolate you'd ever taste; I'm inclined to agree! This place is absolutely worth the stop; it's a little tucked under Pike Place, but you absolutely should visit.

You must try their chocolate chip cookie. Honestly the best one I've ever had in my life. It takes you to different levels of flavour and texture. No, this is NOT your typical cookie. This is heaven on earth, period. I got to try it as a part of a food tour.

This was the first stop on our food tour and we enjoyed it so much, we returned a couple more times. The chocolate chip cookie was unique and delicious. I even took one home with me on the plane.

I was lucky enough to get to meet the founder of Indi Chocolate and hear her tell of her founding story. She was inspirational, and her chocolate chip cookies were the best I have ever had. Everything we tried in her shop was fantastic. I highly recommend stopping by here!

These were the most amazing chocolate chip cookies I've ever had! Made with the finest ingredients and with the utmost care--there were exquisite really! I had to get a few to take home to friends and family.

We had walk by this independent craft chocolate shop while exploring the Pike Place Market and when it was time, we knew we had to stop in. We were shown different stages of chocolate and were able to sample as well. I opted for a brownie and my wife a dark chocolate sea salt cookie. We were blown away. We added a wonderful latte to accompany the sweets.

We love showing and teaching our customers about chocolate, that's why we built our bean to bar chocolate factory behind glass for all to see on Western Ave.
If you know how much time and effort went into creating the perfect brownie and cookie to put our name on, you might not be as surprised by the wonderful taste and textures. We're really glad that you were able to enjoy them with our latte.

A friend gifted this as a holiday present. It was fun, instructive, the chocolate delicious and vegan. The best part of all was talking to the owners. Very interesting people, eager to answer all questions and genuinely interested in getting to know their clients. The cherry on top: best mocha coffee in Seattle!

We stopped by Indi Chocolate twice on 01/12/19 whilst on the taste tour. We met in Indi with our host and was given a warm welcome, so much so that we went back after the tour and bought a few items and chatted to the lady who owns and created Indi Chocolate. Her philosophy and passion for her products was very inspiring and they taste amazing!
