We timed our visit to see this museum at night on a Friday evening. Perfect. We did the combo by first going up to the Space Needle to get that birds eye view of the city and surrounding waters. Then we went to Chihuly. The glass art is stunning. Fabulous colors. Magnificent. I've seen his work in other places but... More

First, this is not a museum... This is a presentation of glass sculptures that are show the extents of glass limits can be. Multiple huge pieces assembled. Some were hung from the ceilings and others were tiny bowl like shapes. There is a short video that I would definitely recommend near the end of the tour which you could miss... More

I've seen Chihuly exhibits before so thought I was prepared, but this place blows the rest away. It starts indoors with themed rooms of varying varieties featuring Chihuly's glass sculptures, and then you go out into the conservatory and garden and strangely, you just want more, more, more although you also feel a certain sensory overload. Not to be missed... More

If you haven't seen Chihuly's work, this place is a must! If you have, add it to your list. It's a little pricey (around $20) but what isn't in Seattle! We went later in the day, and it wasn't too crowded. A docent would have been nice, but watching the videos helps you understand more. You won't be diappointed!

What a gorgeous display! My jaw dropped as I entered. They did a great job lighting and presenting the glass pieces. This is truly a unique experience. Just steps from the needle. Half of it is inside and half is outside near the base of the needle. Every piece of the collection is breathtaking.

This was an exceptional place with color and lights everywhere. We never could imagine glass could be an art form and garden. The colors were spectacular.

Was excited to see this museum but it really blew my mind. The pieces were amazing and the museum was just the right size. So beautiful! Never seen anything like it. Well worth the price.

Amazing glass decors. I went with my whole family with 3 kids in tow. They enjoyed it. Stayed for about an hour in total. I enjoyed the huge glass clear room near the end of the room, overlooking the Space Needle and the garden outside. It's bright and the room was just bursting of sunshine. We went on a weekday... Be prepared to spend hours here as you will be amazed at these glass sculptures bought to life with brilliant lighting. Price is extremely affordable given the display. Staff allow photos to be taken but please don't touch the exhibits, for obvious reasons. Make this a must visit attraction when visiting Seattle
