Be prepared for a long line. Is just Starbucks nothing fancy but since its the first store a lot of people take pictures inside the store as well as outside.

Fast service! Kind workers! Lot of tables! Eat outside as well! Right in front of Pike Place Market, Can Can, next to Green Tortoise Hostel, Target and more! Great location! Wood tables, walls etc looks great! Atmosphere is great!

It took my nephew and me about 45 minutes from the time we got in line and the time we left with our drinks but it was worth it to see the first (although not in the original location) of the over 24,000 Starbucks locations....More

This is the first and original Starbucks. It is located right at the Pike Place market. It can get very busy. We stood in line for about 30 minutes. They serve the same drinks. Although they do have a slightly different selection of merchandise. If...More

Come see where it all began! Expect a line of tourists, but never longer than 15 minutes. The original Starbucks offers a neat vibe and the largest array of merchandise in the PNW.

My family humored me and waited in the half hour line so Mama could get her souvenir mug. The line is long and the drinks are no different than any other Starbucks. If you just want coffee, go elsewhere. If you are a Starbucks fan,...More

Good place to visit and claim that you've been there. Lines were very long every day, all times of the day.

My son and I visited about 20 minutes before closing (I'd verify the store hours though) and there was no line, no one in our pictures with signage and the staff were amazing because they weren't so busy. We went back to the... More

Take light rail from King St. then get off at Westlake. Walk west about 4 blocks towards Pike Place Market. The walk from light rail to Starbucks is about 10 minutes.
