Took the 3hour Seattle City tour last Tuesday, 5/24 and our guide was KEN. He gave us good information on Seattle’s history and we visited areas that you will not see if you just do a walking tour. Also, some tours tend to sound like a lecture but not with Ken. He was a lot of fun and we had a great time. Money well spent and highly recommend this to anyone who wants to see more of Seattle.

Do not book!!!! policy is first versus customer service. No goodwill considerations for flight delays that do not allow 24 hour cancellations.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your honest feedback and I'm sorry you weren't able to join us on tour. We were given no notice that a member of your party wouldn't be joining the tour until we showed up for pickup on a sold-out tour. If we'd known even the night before (when you knew) and had a fighting chance to resell the ticket to a guest on our waitlist, we would have been happy to work with you on additional cancellation options. We hope you enjoy your time in Seattle and happy travels to you in the future.

Andreas was a wealth of knowledge! It was a pleasure spending the day with him! He is courteous and thoughtful and showed me how to take a great panoramic picture on my phone! Bus could use new shocks !

My favorite part of the tour was our stop at the Henry M. Jackson Visitor Center - Paradise Inn. Several of us took the opportunity to walk part way on top of the snow banks at Paradise Park. Since it was a brilliant clear day at that site, we had an exceptional view of Mount Rainier. Lucinda, our guide, provided us with excellent commentaries about the geology of Mount Rainer as well as the histories of both Native American Tribes & European American Settlers in this specific region.
