This is a park hidden in plain sight. It is located over I 5 and right next to the convention center. But most people have no idea that it's a park when looking at it from the outside. It is most definitely worth a visit.

Like to go in March, since flowers are early where the light reflects from the Convention center. Quiet place in the middle of town to get some sun or read.

On a recent work-related trip to Seattle, I discovered purely by happenstance this little jewel of a park that lies adjacent to the I5 freeway and that connects the Convention Center to the hotels along Seneca Street. I was in Seattle for five days and...More

When the park was designed and opened back in the 70's it was something very different in city parks. It was a very different way of using land and space. Now it's still a beautiful space/park but with most of the challenges any major city...More

This is a very cool idea utilizing basically airspace over a major freeway. Surprisingly quite, and well manicured and during the summer weekends, you can usually catch a free concert. There also are a number of entrances/exits and walkways if you want to get some...More

The park itself is lovely. The grounds are beautifully manicured and there are a lot of neat little walkways and many entrances and exits. Walking in the park during lunch is a great way to unwind and de-stress. When the leaves start to fall it's...More

Nice little park connected to the Convention Center, has some interesting sculptures. Very quiet and calm, makes you feel like you're not downtown anymore.
