The location is a bit remote, but it adds to the serene feel in the garden. The garden is quite small, but very beautiful and well kept. The teahouse was not open when we visited. Feeding the koi fish was fun, so do purchase the...More

We took an Uber out to the arboretum and then walked from there to the Japanese Garden. It's very peaceful and lovely, and makes for a lovely break from downtown.

Recently went for the first time. Grounds are beautiful and well manicured. The gardens offered peaceful serenity in the midst of the busy city. This is a great place to spend an hour or so!

I went during one of the Japanese cultural festivals, Otsukimi, or moon viewing. It was a beautiful park with an amazing atmosphere. It was definitely worth the price. The tea ceremony was incredibly interesting and inspiring.

We visited on a Thursday and entry was free. This is a beautiful spot in Seattle that was a very peaceful retreat after a busy day of sight-seeing in the city.

Be ready to do some walking to enjoy the beautiful Japanese Garden. Trees, flowers, ponds and streams, fish, and more. It is a must see sight in Seattle.
