The Conservatory displays, in a heat controlled environment, displays a number of exotic plants. I particularly appreciate the orchids. There are many other plants, ferns and bulbs.

We were shocked when we found the Seattle Conservatory because of the beauty of the architecture and the flowers within. You won't find crowds there because it is off the beaten path.

Very well kept and near the Asian Art Museum. Museum now going through a face lift, but the park is great for other activities. The conservatory is heavenly. Wonderful scents, and exotic plants. Well curated. Good for a day out.

There's a great cafe cafe near the park called "The Volunteer Park Cafe". Cheap, friendly and delish.
