While this statue is not meant to commemorate Lenin’s lifelong goal of bringing equality to the human race, it still stands as a wonderful art piece that is one of a kind in the United States. It was a privilege to be able to see, and I’m proud of the city of Seattle for housing such a wonderful statue. Hopefully it is able to teach more people about what Lenin stood for and what he hoped to accomplish.

This over-size statue of Lenin is right downtown in Fremont. This fits in with the entire Fremont vibe - this is where it has to be. I mean they have a troll, a rocket ship, a Center of the Universe sign, dinosuars and the Waiting for the Interurban statue.
Thank for Fremont!

This interesting statue is one of a number of public art pieces in Fremont. This piece was "rescued" from Europe after the collapse of Communism. If you are in the area and like public art this is a fun stop. Parking isn't to difficult to find in the area around the statue.
