OK I marked this as average because I expected more sights. There really wasn't anything interesting to see once you got under the streets. The tour is heavy with history and I think the best kind of history, the kind that is passed down generation after generation word of mouth. Sure it may be exaggerated here and there, but that's... We took our teen and pre-teen boys on this tour, and everyone had a great time. The tour guides were both informative and entertaining. We would definitely do this again!

By far this is interesting in the history, but it's not a 'fun' attraction. The guides are terrific with humor and information, bringing you to feel a part of the old city. I was amazed though at the air quality was lacking, as you are under the city it might be expected to be a little musty, but if you... More

If you love the history and amazing underground that came with it this your is for you. We loved this tour immensely! The history of Seattle during a catastrophic phase and the rebuilding of the city was very interesting to learn and see this experience firsthand. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in a little excitement for their vacation... More

An excellent morning learning about the history of seattle done in a very entertaining and light hearted fashion. It may not appeal to those who like their history a little staid but both Justin and Dean our guides were knowledgeable and brought the whole history to life. Deans warm up act had us crying with laughter. Suitable for families with... More

The narrator did a wonderful job of bringing the history of downtown Seattle to life. The idea that they simply replaced the flooded streets by building a new road one story higher is fascinating and a real tribute to their ingenuity!

This tour was so disappointing I don't know where to begin. Firstly I'd like to say the price should be $2.50 pp and that's being generous. I'd rather of bought a few homeless people some hot meals! I invisioned at the very least one street restored to give the true feeling of what it might of been like back in... More

What made this tour were the stories of the city beneath the city. While there were some left behind artifacts, it was more about imagining what it had been from the tales being woven. If you enjoy history, especially when it is a little bit quirky, then you will enjoy this tour. I think that adults or teens will find... More

Really interesting and worth the money. A must do for anyone interested in the origins of Seattle. Our grandsons recommended this tour and glad we listened to them. Since this tour involves going up and down steps, it would not be appropriate for those that are mobility handicapped.
