We've been on this tour many times since 1993. The crew this time were even more attentive to our safety on this tour. We missed the barb o qd hamburgers cooked on the grill. The smell enticed us to come in from snorkeling. I realize maybe because of COVID19 this type of meal wasn't possible. Or, they had just changed to a vegan self sustaining meal. The sliders were ok but the chips were not that good, I hope they go back to hamburgers in the future.

The snorkeling was amazing, of course, but the two things that really stuck out to our group was how ecologically conscientious and friendly the crew was. We learned a lot about the spirit of pono that was very helpful for our whole trip. Also, the food was amazing!

This tour was amazing. The ride to the captain Cooke monument was nice and they gave us some info on things we were seeing. Breakfast and lunch were filling. I got a little seasick and was given a ginger candy and some ginger ale. Amazing service to keep us having fun. They gave a demonstration on how to snorkel if you needed. There was floatation devices for everyone that wanted. Masks and fins were also provided but you are welcome to take your own. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Great experience. Saw so many manta rays so close up and one even bumped me mid barrel roll. Crew was helpful and knowledgeable. Hot drinks and soup were a nice bonus. Was glad to have splurged for this tour as it was one of the few on a more stable catamaran, so my family didn't get sick like they would on the other smaller boats that were getting knocked around in the waves.

This is an amazing experience not to be missed. We saw lots of mantas and are so glad we went! I think if you were to pick one activity while on the Big Island, this should be the one. It's so unique and just incredible.
