The whole area is dotted with tombs like this, but this one is open for visits and is a good introduction to the Thracian funeral system. No paintings or other decorations to see here, but the masonry is interesting and mainly - this is the real tomb, not a copy. I would reecommend to visit this place together with the Tomb of Kazanlak in Kazanlak to get different perspectives on toms for royalty and in late history, wealth families. Toilets at the site and cards are accepted, but bring cash just for sure. Nearest ATM is far away.

We visited here as part of an organised tour. It wasn't actually on our itinerary but we swapped something else to visit here instead. It's easy to find, with a large car park and we visited towards the end of the day. We paid our entry fee and headed in. The displays are in English, French, Spanish and Bulgarian. There are items at the front, then you head in to see the place where they were discovered in the tomb. It's not a huge site, but interesting nonetheless.

The Thracian tombs are well worth a visit. This is one of the best in the valley, but if time permits I recommend going to them all. I would also suggest that you go to the Iskra Museum in the town first of all to get an overall view. Then go to the nearby Kazanluk tomb in the park. Then start your magical tour of the Valley of the Thracian Kings and drink in the history, wonder and power of the well presented archeological sites

Even though there is not that much to see in regards of exhibition pieces the tomb as such is awesome. Thinking that people 2300 years ago were able to build such perfect structures with primitive tools is just amazing. It doesn't take much time to see it but for the reason given it's worth seeing.

The tomb is well preserved and information can be found in multiple languages, at the entrance. The guide is helpful and will answer any questions. The tomb goes into a green hill and visitors can see replicas of the ancient artifacts found here
