Well its for sure a party town, Apres Ski is equal to the ski, both are great but its going to burn a hole in your pocket. Well worth a visit, dance the day away on the mountain and try not to damage yourself getting down after.

Ischgl has a huge variety of long cruising runs (blue, red and black) for all levels of skier in a large area linked to Switzerland. The lift system, at least on the Austrian side, is the most modern and efficient I have come across. The food on the mountain is a good mixture of hearty self-service and more refined table... More

This year we only had the opportunity to go skiing in April, and there are not many resorts still open at this time. We eventually decided to go to Ischgl, and just came back. Our last day of skiing was April 15th and there was still excellent skiing conditions, a lot of snow and almost all the slopes are open.... More

Only set back is so few places decent to eat in Ischgl and all bars and cafes allow smoking so you end up stinking like an ash tray. Quite difficult blue... More

We went there in April and the temperature was to high to have good snow conditions. The runs were ok in the morning quite bad after noon. The worse was the lift organization : really choatic to get into the main lift

It's a glacier, so there's always snow. It's high, so it's usually good stuff. Over 60 runs and loads of really fast lifts, at least one of which has heated seats! Shut up! I know! Good cafes etc for drinks and eats, and you can ski from Austria to Switzerland and back, thus confusing your mobile and earning lots of... More

Great place, fantastic skiing range. Families and top skiers will love this place. Stay clear of Chasa Valletta hotel as the owner is a little touched to say the least.

Well run ski slopes, with nice bars and food. Lifts run smoothly and plenty have heated seats. Ski school options are decent
