Our first time in Mayrhofen having skied in Alpbach for several years. Much better choice of runs. Lots of wide blues and challenging reds. It must be noted that none of our party are expert skiers so Mayrhofen was perfect for us.

wonderful ski resort for everyone at every level. Residents of Mayrhofen are equally friendly and pleasant in every area. Both at the ski lifts, shops and in restaurants and bars. In terms of price to do well.

Nice ski area, good modern lifts no problem there. Expensive 5 days in excess of 220 Euro. Ski-slope numbering’s could be better, more consequential not misleading people unfamiliar with the area. Biggest concern is with rude unfriendly staff at Ahornbahn counter, totally non customer friendly....More

Great and efficient lift service, excellent toilet facilities at Penken stations and also Ahorn. Ahorn has cable car and is very well run also. I was very happy with all lifts across the ski areas.

Not sure about trying It? Neither was I! It is fantastic. The views are amazing and the town looks so beautiful from above. There is a cafe at the summit. Grab a hot chocolate and enjoy the massive, mountain filled skyline.
