We went Tuesday & Wednesday to see "Quarter Note", a very versatile band doing '70s and '80s rocknroll. Very good, keeping the audience well entertained.

If there is one place on the main strip you need to go, this is it. The live music is amazing, the dancing is fantastic and the drinks are as you'd expect. The atmosphere is brilliant, so welcoming and happy. Who knows who you might...More

We went here on our walk on the Bourbon street for the first time. It is a regular bar with nothing special in it. The band was ok but the sound system was very chaotic. It was really loud and it was difficult to differentiate...More

Very lively joint. Live music on the go constantly. Beers reasonably priced... small dance floor. Great place overall worth a stop.

Over a few years, I've been to the Famous Door several times and it seems they have a different band each time. I hope they don't change to Country and Western music!!! Gotta love that good old Rock & Roll!
