Nice little shop, they hand roll cigars all day here, you can watch them roll yours or go in to the decent sized humidor to choose one. Prices are decent considering this is a tourist area and the stuff is made here. I had the Connecticut shade robusto and it was nice light and smooth, i bought a box of... More

Great place to enjoy a cigar. Wonderful setting. Good sized humidor with rolled on the site cigars. Fun logo wear is available also. Easy access from Canal St. and Jackson Square.

I had heard about this place from the Facebook group the cigar Cartel. Glad I stopped by and had a cigar. Best cigars are about $12 each, but they are hand-rolled (you can watch them do it) there. Cigars aren't bad. Be nice if a free beverage was offered and if they had a bathroom.

Have visited here many times and ordered cigars for shipping often. Very nice place to sit and enjoy a quality cigar of their own making. They are hand rolled onsite - in front of you - if you wish. Lots of options from which to select. Or buy one and continue walking the FQ. A wonderful different option and experience... More

Another good place that produce decent cigars. This place has rollers in the front rolling cigars day in day out. If you have not been to Miami or Cuba than this is good place to watch how they roll a cigar. Good entertainement and good cigars can be had here.

I grabbed a mazo of the double wrapper, and the price per stick when getting a mazo comes down to very reasonable. Comfortable lounge, modest selection. I wish they did have some corojo! Interesting to watch someone sitting there rolling cigars.

The Cigar Factory hand rolls their cigars right on site. When visiting you can watch the process as the cigar maker is right in the middle of the shop. When ready to purchase a staff member accompanies you to the humidor and gives a thorough explanation of what types of cigars the have to offer. Good quality at affordable prices.

Loved this place last time we were on NOLA. This was our first stop after checking into our hotel, as it is right down the street. picked up some Panetalas and Puritos, to have while we were in town. Ended up taking home 2 boxes of each.

During our recent trip, I visited all three locations, including the main 'factory'. Always had great service. Staff took the time to explain the various cigars and what the differences were. Bought singles three different nights and a box (you get a nice wooden box) of ten (good discount for 10) to take home. Very nice, fresh cigars that you... More

Great place to see the art of making hand rolled cigars in action. They have some neat gifts for cigars smokers along with gifts for those who don't smoke. You are allowed to take pictures of those rolling the cigars.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
