This was a wonderful thing to do during our brief visit to the city. A cruise on the famed Mississippi river on a paddlewheel boat was a fun night out. The food on the buffet was tasty and well prepared. It was wonderful being able...More

The wonderful Charles provided an informative and entertaining insight into the history of New Orleans. He also gave a passionate reportage of the horrors of Hurricane Katrina, giving a very real and personal perspective too. In addition to the history lesson (not compulsory) there was...More

Great day trip very fun and informative. Lots of Bloody Mary's and mimosas. Tons of history much of which I was not aware of.

The Creole Queen does serve some mean Bloody Mary's and the river she cruises is full of history! So glad you had a nice time aboard. Thank you for your comment.

I was in town for the weekend and have never done one of the paddle boat cruises. I really like history so chose the Creole Queen. It was a great choice. The boat has plenty of seating, but I would recommend moving around a bit...More

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other

away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
