Our group of seven enjoyed the hands on cooking class. Our instructor was awesome, she was engaging, entertaining and definitely knew how to cook. The Hors d’oeuvres were great, wine and beer a nice touch, and the food prepared was wonderful. I would highly recommend...More

We did a 2 hour cooking demonstration. The menu was chicken fricassee, shrimp creole, bread pudding and a praline. Smells were off the charts good. And the food was simply awesome. We can't wait to go back to New Orleans and do this again.

Went for our cooking class today with Ann and had an absolute blast. The food was delicious (and we got some yummy leftovers!), the conversation was amazing, and Ann was so much fun.

We attended the demonstration class, and for $30, you get two entrees, dessert, and a freshly made praline, as well as a history of the city and the food you are learning to make.

We attended a hands-on cooking class last week while on vacation, and this was amazing! The teacher, Nita, told us a lot of the history of New Orleans while explaining the various dishes we were making, which made everything more interesting. In addition, because we...More

This store has a little bit of everything for the cook. I purchased a "Day of the Dead" shot pottery which is made by an artist in Florida just for this store. The shopkeepers do not wish to converse at all

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts

It is not a cooking school you would attend to be a chef. They offer two types of classes: One is a demonstration class where they demonstrate the preparation of several dishes with a lot of pointers on ways to do it. It... More
