I strongly advise the workshop in the French Quarter. It was very good and the guide showed us (5 persons) a different way to "see" New Orleans. Details that are hidden suddenly were revealed and photographed.

Mine was a morning tour so finished at midday. Depends what tour you do & whether it is morning or afternoon. They are very friendly and helpful so I am sure they would accommodate timing
