We mostly had a uber drop us off and pick us up at this spot. Few homeless people. If they give you beads give them back bc they'll ask for money and are rude if you don't.

The river boat cruises are about 10 min walk to Jackson Square. The GOP on bus is in the same area of cruises depending on service you use. March the weather should be pretty nice
