if you have never been to NOLA you must see the sights and this is one--please be aware there are hundreds of homeless people sleeping and lounging everywhere including the shady areas of this park--and it smells as such

Do yourself a favor and visit this park in the middle of the French Quarter. It's beautiful well-maintained and close to everything you would like to see including the French market and great state museums. The only drawback is the number of vagrants and Homeless...More

You've not visited New Orleans if you haven't been toJackson Square. The area is surrounded with restaurants, bars and boutiques. There are mimes, street musicians and artists. There is always something for everyone. Many events take place in the center.

Site has neighboring dining options, local crafts, well-kept park. Had visiting last winter for xmas, the park was lovely with holiday lights. Great for visiting families.

This place is drop dead gorgeous!!! There are artist selling their original artwork all along the surrounding gates. The artwork is beautiful and so unique from one artist to the next. The prices range from $15-$3000 and are well worth looking at. This is also...More

It's free to visit Jackson square, so go see it. Get some beautiful photos. Across the street, grab coffee and some beniets.

Great photo opportunity and nice history of the area. We enjoyed the street vendors, the park and fountain and the amazing Church. The girls enjoyed all of the mule drawn carriages
