We came to Hot Springs specifically to see Garvan and the tulips. We were a week early for most of the tulips, but the daffodils were marvelous, and the rest of the grounds was just waking up. We love gardens such as this, so really...More

Perfect weather to enjoy the gardens. The daffodils and tulips were beautiful. My favorite area was the Japanese garden and koi pond.

The plants and landscaping are nice. No one told me about the carts for those with mobility issues, so my young son and I were trying to push my mom in her wheelchair up and down steep hills on gravel. Maybe half of this park...More

My 12-year-old daughter and I visited one pretty afternoon upon the recommendation of our innkeepers. What a treat! It's a little early in the season for the park to be in full bloom, but there are some beautiful bulbs already peaking. Designed by the University...More

Mid March the most. Tulips do not all bloom at the same time. Early, mid and late season varieties.
