This was a highlight of our trip. Fascinating facts...BUT the tour is rushed. At $15.00 per adult ticket and only one hour to go through the rooms, I felt that this attraction had not reached its full potential. You will see a short film documentary as you go from gallery to gallery. Lots of pictures. A very nice commentary from... More

We loved this place! One of our high points of the entire trip....They made sure my children felt "in the know" about the secret history of Hot Springs! I can't adequately express my gratitude!

My daughter and I visited a few days ago and really enjoyed the tour. There is so much to take in so listen closely! The history of Hot Springs and it's gangsters is REALLY fascinating! The woman who led the tour was very knowledgeable.

We really enjoyed and learned a lot on our tour. Tour guide was knowledgeable, engaged with the group and told interesting stories to support each segment of the tour. The tour is a mixture of videos (well done), the tour guide and lots of artifacts. We enjoyed the maze of rooms and the history each room conveyed. Only negative is... More

Fun tour through some of the Hot Springs history. IF you don't know any of it...it is worth it. If you do know some things, then probably want to pass as this covers the surface of things.

We went on a cold afternoon and had to pay and then wait until the next tour. If you go make sure to go in and get your tickets ahead of the time you want the tour. The tour consisted of several short videos in several different themed rooms. The tour guide was knowledgeable and added to the history. There... More

This is a fun museum with historical artifacts and short videos of the years of the gangsters play land in old Hot Springs. Really was interesting and worth the admission fee.

Not sure why, but I have a fascination with gangsters. I convinced my wife to take the tour, and we did enjoy it. Each room has a different theme, with a lot of artifacts to read and look at, and a well-done video is shown in each room. However, our experience was that you didn't get much of an opportunity... Mr Ranes was very knowledgeable. You will go room to room watching videos on the history of gangsters in Hot Springs, there are various pictures and what-not in each room as well. I enjoyed this tour so very much, the "death mask" of John Dillinger was very interesting to look at, as that was one of only 3 or 4... More
