Excellent history of Hot Springs, good and bad. Knowledgeable tour guide. Video clips from old days. Story of spring baseball. Nice exhibits. Entertaining.

We visited this museum today and did the guided tour. Our kids are 12 and so it’s history that they wouldn’t be very familiar with. This museum discusses the history of Hot Springs and organized crime. It has interesting facts about various people and even...More

Fairly interesting, but there really isn't much to view here. It is a guided tour where you mainly watch mediocrely produced videos as you travel room to room. I'd pay ten bucks maybe, but fifteen is a bit much. Not terrible, but just ok in...More

Visited here May 8, 2018. Very interesting tour. I did not know the wild history of Hot Springs. It was a gamblers and gangster paradise. The museum is pretty warm, not sure if it is air conditioned.

It's a little pricey but a fun museum to visit in Hot Springs if you are into the history of Gangsters, especially here in the Spa City.

This was my husband's favorite attraction in Hot Springs. He enjoyed all the videos that played and learning some of the gangster history. There were parts of the museum that could use some updating, including the videos, but it seems like there are some improvements...More

This tour was exceptional due to the tour guide who was very entertaining and informative. He made the gangster story come to life through his performance. It was not the typical scripted tour but kept you on your toes the entire time. The tour guide...More
