This is a must do if you visit Hot Springs. We had a real cute little guide who was fun and very informative. They had several rooms and each room had a short video and lots of memorabilia to look at. You can take pictures throughout the exhibit. Hot Springs was a real wide open gambling town back in the... A very informative and enjoyable tour. If you are from the area you will be amazed, if not as I am, you will be entertained with the activity that took place in the early times at Hot Springs. Extremely personable and knowledgeable tour guide. So glad I went don't pass this one up!

Me and my husband loved this tour. After the tour we went back thru looking at the pictures and reading articles on the gangsters we have all read about. There are a lot old gambling antiques too. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

Gangsters in Arkansas? WHO KNEW???? But they were here and thrived! This tour gives you a look into a little known piece of American history. The tour guides are great, and so is the gift shop. If you're in Hot Springs, Arkansas....this is a must do!!!

Wife and I really enjoy it. We have learned a lot. If anyone is into history come to this place. You will Learn how it got started and by whom. It is not hard to find. Because it is on Central Avenue.

My husband and I visited this museum and we were both indifferent about it. We expected a self guided tour with many artifacts, but you won't find that here. It is a guided tour with a video in each room and copies of original pieces. The facts were interesting & the guide was knowledgeable but all in all it was... More

Some of these reviews say if you're really into gangsters you'll like this ... but I suspect if you're really into gangsters you'll already know just about everything they discuss there. It's pretty much photos and newspaper clippings downloaded from the internet, some old videos that haven't been updated since the 1990s, and some period furniture that's "like what might... More

Actually liked their shop in the lobby best, you will find this pricey but is a guided tour so expected. Here's the lowdown, if you are really into old style gangsters you will love this, if you are not then you won't.

I came 6 years ago. Wow, they kept the good and improved. The staff at the hotel recommended the museum and we were not disappointed.
