Just Another Night Market

People from Touching and Jiaoxi will come here so very crowded. Mostly food stalls. Try the oyster egg puff next to the spring onion meat puff it's good

Luodong Night Market is quite small and super crowded, due to the good weather we had when at Yilan. My two young children find it too unbearable and rather stay in the car while my husband and I went to buy food. Most stalls are selling food which supposedly sell great mutton soup and watermelon juice. Due to the long... More

Stalls too dispersed and not concentrated. Quite a distNce to walk from Luodong Railway Station. Find it boring and just a short walk, we decided to head back to hotel.

Interesting market with lots of local food stalls. Picking little food from each stall could easily make up dinner. The other stuff is pretty much like other markets though

Plenty of food to try. The market is spread across 4 sides of a quadrangle and branches out from each side for a short stretch. Worth having a go. Try all the famous stalls

I have been to the night markets in taipei city and frankly speaking, I am not a big fan. When I went to Luodong night market, my expectation was not high but to my surprise, the food in Luodong night market was surprisingly good and different. Not much of the usual 炸鸡扒or 臭豆腐, they have their own Luodong specials which... More

Having stayed in Taiwan for 4 months and visited many many night markets, Luodong Night Market stands out at being different. The shopping street feels a little bit like Osaka's Dotonbori. Must-try: the spring onion biscuit (crispy on the outside, generous portions of meat and spring onion tastes good). The night market is a short 10min walk from Luodong Train... More

Personally not a fan of night markets. I guess if u are, u will enjoy this place, which has rows of food stalls and shops selling bags and clothes. We went at around 5pm and some shops were already opened and it was not crowded. It got really crowded and lively when we left at around 7pm. It is quite... More
