Informational panel on the planting of spring onion in Sanxing. A store selling some spring onion related produce,e.g. spring onion oil, biscuits, spread, ice cream. Outside that's a cafe selling spring onion dish. Not spectacular as spring onion is already present in many daily dishes....More

I believe this place is run by the government. It gave a very comprehensive and detailed introduction of the local specialties with interactive device, just like a mini-museum. However, it also appeared to be poorly maintained because some of the computers did not work and...More

Like making the fresh pancakes and eating them. Really delicious and fresh. Makes a nice stop for a few hours if you have a car. Worth a visit if you are in Yilan. Nice scenery around the farm.

It was a small museum with nothing much to see. More like promoting the onion filled food they sell.

Sanshing (Three Stars) town is famous for its spring onion (also known as green onion or scallions). Unlike our local spring onion with flat stalk/leaf, Sanshing has giant round stalk/leaf and it's extra fragrant and flavorful! So it's just natural to have a museum that...More
